RF ONLINE NOVUS RISING RULES AND ENGAGEMENT
The GM (Game Master) has the authority to pass judgment on players who violate the rules, especially when their actions are serious or go beyond acceptable behavior. We encourage everyone to maintain a healthy, non-toxic environment and promote fair gameplay for all players. Please avoid creating drama or being toxic toward others. If a player is found guilty of misconduct, based on witness testimony or sufficient evidence, appropriate action will be taken, including penalties or bans
•No disrespecting other users on our Discord server; only game-related trash talk is permitted; no personal/family/appearance/racism is permitted.
•Set a solid example for each player; everyone has a unique perspective and comprehension.
•NO HACKS, CHEATS, OR THIRD PARTY APPS: The Staff will not tolerate such behavior and will impose a Hardware along with an IP ban.
•There is no Tower Camping in the safe-zone portals.
First offense: 1-day ban.
Second Offense: 7-Day Ban
Third offense: 30-day ban.
•Any verbal abuse against the server and staff, such as threats, spreading -malicious rumors, and oral defamation, will get you banned. We have simple rules to follow,
•Councils/Race Leaders must attend two Chip Wars per day for a total of 14 Chip Wars per week. Failure to comply will result in
-First offense: Verbal warning.
-Second offense: 3-day ban.
-Third offense, 7-day ban.
•Race Chat Is must use English or Taglish we have to mind that not all players speak the same languages.

•All Chat, Map Chat, and Sell Chat – vernacular languages are allowed.
DISCORD GUIDELINES MUST FOLLOW.
-Discord contains multiple channels, each with its adherence aim.
-The major language of this server is English; please use the vast choice of international channels.
-It is not permitted to use unsuitable or abusive nicknames.
-NO religious, ethnic, political, racial, personal, or sexual transgressions comments.
-The use of any photos that could hurt the server in any way is banned.
Chaos Potion During CW
Using chaos potion and abusing it during CW is not allowed.
First offense: 1-day ban
Second Offense: 2nd Warning with 7 Days Ban
Third offense: 30 Days Ban
Trash Buffing During CW
First offense: 1-day ban
Second Offense: 2nd Warning with 7 Days Ban
Third offense: 30 Days Ban
Promoting other Servers in Discord and In-game is PROHIBITED.
Penalty: Permanent Ban
Abusing Bugs / Exploiting Bugs is a Bannable Offense
First offense: 3 days ban for Minor bug abuse / Major bug abused Permanent Ban and Account Deletion
Second Offense: 2nd Warning with 7 Days Ban
Third offense: Permanent Ban and Account Deletion
Spreading Fake news that can affect the server is not allowed.
Penalty: Permanent Ban and Account Deletion
Certain/Tempo/Contribution Points Feed is not allowed.
First offense: 3 days ban
Second Offense: 2nd Warning with 7 Days Ban
Third offense: Permanent Ban and Account Deletion
Race Leader Guidelines
Abuse of Power
Race leaders have the authority to make decisions and enforce rules within their race. However, the excessive abuse of power for personal agendas or grievances is strictly prohibited. Any accusations of abuse will be thoroughly investigated by The Team, and if found guilty, the race leader will face appropriate sanctions.
Proper Use of "Wanted" and "Chat Restrictions"
Race leaders must not misuse the "Wanted" or "Chat Restriction" features based on personal grudges or vendettas against specific players or guilds. These tools should only be used when warranted by valid rule violations or disruptive behavior, not for personal bias.
Use of Restraint Features
Race leaders have the right to apply restraint features (such as temporary bans or restrictions) to players who exhibit toxic, bullying, or harassing behavior. However, these actions should only be taken when there is valid evidence and credible witnesses to support the claims. The use of these features must be in the interest of maintaining a positive and respectful environment for all players.

-THIRD OFFENSE - CPT WIPE AND 7 DAYS BAN
Although you may hold a high position within the game, that alone does not grant you the authority to pass judgment on others. If a player is violating the rules, it is the responsibility of the staff to address the situation. As a Race Leader, you must not use your position to influence or cause trouble by imposing your personal judgments on other players. Your role is to lead, not to act as a judge or create conflict.
COUNCIL DICTION
A council candidate must be aware that there are 21 wars in a week, and a council member is required to attend 12CWs. The candidate must also be able to comply with the 12/21 CHIP WAR.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELED AFTER CASH COIN, PREMIUM SERVICE, OR IN-GAME ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
Top Up and User Agreement
Top-up information (payment methods, packages, etc.) is only available through the RF NOVUS panel.
For Premium & CashCoin top-ups, character selection is not required. (Premium Service, Items, Cash Coins) will automatically be delivered to the account ID/character.
Staff will never ask for your account information, such as your password. Be cautious of scams!
Automatic top-ups will be credited once payment is completed.
